music
Music will play a vital role at various points during your day:
The ceremony
Much depends here on where you are getting married. If it’s a church wedding then the music will probably be a little different from if you’re tying the knot in your local park. Depending on the minister you may be quite restricted on your choices – some will insist only on religious or classical music while it may be a case of anything goes for others.
The cocktail hour
Getting the music right for the cocktail hour before the reception and while guests are being seated is vital. People are getting to know each other and appropriate background music will make it work much better.
Party time!
For dancing later in the evening, try and pitch the music so there is something for everybody.
