Depending on the minister you may be quite restricted on your choices – some will insist only on religious or classical music while it may be a case of anything goes for others.

Getting the music right for the cocktail hour before the reception and while guests are being seated is vital. People are getting to know each other and appropriate background music will make it work much better.
